Are tips customary? If so, how much?
It is customary to tip 15% - 20%.

Is a deposit required for booking?
A 50% deposit is required the day of booking. This does not include the mate's gratuity.
Mate's gratuity is traditionally 15%-20% of the total trip cost.

What time should we arrive?
Please arrive at the boat 15-30 minutes prior to departure.

Where do the Charter boats depart from?
Dock is just East of the Fisherman's Wharf Restaurant at the Co-op dock

What to Bring

We recommend you bring:

• Food and drinks for the day - no hard alcohol
  
• Camera / Video
  
• Warm Jacket
  
• Rain gear - even if it looks nice, bring it along
  
• Sunscreen
  
• Motion sickness medicine - take as directed, better safe than sorry
